When the bacteria (plaque) living in the mouth stick to the teeth, the teeth will decay because they will feed on the carbohydrates (such as sugar, starch, etc.) you eat and produce acid. If the plaque is not brushed/polished from the tooth surface, the bacteria will continue to produce acid, which will soften the tooth surface (enamel). If this happens long enough, the bacteria will move down through the tooth layer to form a cavity.

Brush with fluoride toothpaste twice a day-clean all surfaces of the teeth.
Floss the plaque between the teeth and the plaque on the gum line every day.
A monthly whitening wipe to clean stubborn stains and remove plaque on teeth.
Eat less sugary foods or drinks. If juice, energy drinks and sports drinks-these drinks have a very high acid (and sugar) content.
See your dentist at least once a year. In the long run, it will be cheaper (because dental fillings and complex treatments are expensive!) and when the tooth decay becomes larger, it will suffer from toothache. Perform effective repairs in the initial stage to reduce oral injuries!
